Dawn: Pinup Goddess
By Staples Revolution

It is 12:00 A. M, do you know where your Stapleholics are? No, I do, they are reading the new review from The Stapler himself. This time it is Dawn: Pinup Goddess. Don't get the Stapler wrong in this review; he loves Joseph Linsner's work as much as the next heterosexual male. But Dawn has become just another pinup queen, who has fallen away from the path, which was started in the original CRY FOR DAWN series. Linsner has tailored the modern Dawn on the Lady Death from Chaos comics. The Stapler means a character of little to no content other than to sell the “T&A “ to their loyal followers of art books, T-shirts, and other paraphernalia.
The Stapler has found this to be the sad aftermath of the price of Linsner’s 15 minutes of fame. Linsner, if you happen to get wind of the Stapler’s comments on your current work, I write this because their are some of us out here that expect more than two pages of reading and the rest pinup art. Not to mention, some of these pinups are not even original artwork. Some appear in The Portable Dawn book. There are people, like the Stapler, who want to see more of the material that made you one of today’s comic book icons.
