By Popcorn Avenger Corky Romano What can I say about Corky? He is a hapless, do-gooder who desperately wants to be accepted by his Mafia family. In doing so, he goes undercover in the FBI to destroy incriminating evidence against his father. Corky, while delivering the laughs leaves the viewer feeling good, but that feeling soon goes away and it is easy to forget what it is you enjoyed about the film. This should be a great rental when it comes to video, and a perfect diversion from life for 90 minutes, but beyond that, Corky Romano doesn’t have a great deal to offer.   Back to Movie Index |
