By Lush Aholic I have never played the video game Final Fantasy so I can’t compare it to the movie, which might have had nothing to do with the other. The effects were very well done, but the story line needed a lot of work. They didn’t develop characters well and the way the “Spirits” reacted with their environment didn’t quite make sense to me. If they were ghosts then why did shielding keep them out. Ghosts can move through anything. And shooting them also had an effect when it shouldn’t affect ghosts. In the beginning they were invisible and in the end they were all visible. The explanation of their aggression is that they died in a huge war that destroyed their planet. So if they are so aggressive and angry why did combining spirits of earthy thing and one of their own spirits calm them down.  Back to Movie Index |
