Creed - Weathered

After the success of Creed’s last album “ Human Clay”, the world awaited their next release. Creed jumped from being a popular rock band to superstars almost overnight. Sadly, the Creed fans of the past were being ignored for the fair weather fans of songs like “Higher” and “ Arms Wide Open”. Being a long time Creed fan I was a little scared of a new album. My worst fear was that Creed would become a pussy power ballad band. But “Weathered”, was opposite. Creed, in my opinion, went back to the formula found on “ My Own Prison”. Creed really created an awesome new album. The first song is hard rockin’! Creed continues on with that throughout the entire album. The first single “ My Sacrifice” is a great song and a perfect single for a band like Creed. But Creed again produces a rather short album. I personally would like a couple tunes added on to their albums. “Weathered” is worthy of a 9 out of 10.
