Incubus - Morning View

Incubus is a band that has matured since their previous release. “Morning View” is a great album. One can hear the similar sounds of greats like Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Sugar Ray. For Morning View, Incubus spent some time isolated from the world at a beach house. Together the band created some great music. Like literature’s Ernest Hemingway, Incubus found perhaps some of their best work at the ocean mercy. “Morning View’s” first single, “ Wish You Were Here” is a very passive tune. Initially, it sounds like all other pop-rock. But after a while, it will grow on you. I am personally not an Incubus fan. But I am very open-minded. I swallowed my pride and gave them a shot. Honestly, I was not disappointed! “Morning View” is an album for all music lovers. “Morning View” is worthy of an 8 out of 10. |
