Puddle of Mudd - Come Clean

It bothers me that such a great album came from executive producer, Fred Durst. But Mr. Durst really found something special in Puddle of Mudd. Their latest release,
“ Come Clean” is awesome. It is not any of that rap and rock crap Mr. Durst creates. Puddle of Mudd is hard-rockers. They have some funny songs along with some emotional tunes. The first single “ Control” is everywhere. As it should, it is great! The video is also a must see. The song “ She Hates Me” rules all! It echoes my all time favorite Kurt Cobain. Vocalist, Wesley Scantlin, creates a sound similar to Nirvana’s front man. That gave Puddle a few extra points in my book. This album belongs in all rock collections. Fans of classics like George Therogood will love Puddle of Mudd and fans of the new rock generation will also love them. I hope to hear more from this band. “Come Clean” is worthy of a 9 out of 10.
