U2 - All That You Can’t Leave Behind

I was personally not a U2 fan, until I saw them perform live. Upon seeing that I realized just what I was missing. I immediately went out and picked up “All That You Can’t Leave Behind”. This album is awesome! First off, the number of radio singles is incredible. And secondly, the album keeps the listener attention on the music. It is very difficult for me to skip over a song. I have also been listening to other U2 albums and this one is simply a masterpiece in comparison. It is solid, and even non-U2 fans will enjoy this piece. There is good old fashion rock tunes on this album and also some very mellow ballads. This comes as a very nice mixture. In short, Bono wails and The Edge shreds! There are eleven tracks and the final track is titled “ Grace”. That is exactly what one is feeling after listening to this album. “ All That You Can’t Leave Behind” is worthy of an 8 out of 10.
