America Needs You Cap! The Red Skull Is At It Again!!!

Well coming off a successful PPV, the WWF aimed to impress. The Angle/ Austin feud heated up yet again. The entire show there were no signs of our Olympic Champion until the very end of the show. The bearer of the “3I”s arrived in nothing short of a classic moment. His entrance came in form of a milk truck. Kurt Angle used a page out of the rattlesnake’s book and provided Austin and his posse a milk shower. This ending clearly is proof that this grudge is far from over. The two involved can keep it up for at least a couple more PPVs. They are both masters on the mic and know the importance of promos. Their ring skills are equal. I compare the face-off to the Marvel Comics Captain America and Red Skull. Captain America has his mighty shield and Kurt Angle has is gold medals. The Red Skull had the German army and Steve Austin has the alliance. Angle has the character and skill to be the sole protector of the WWF. He really has grown-up. And Steve Austin is definitely a supreme villain for any super hero. I only fear that the Rock’s presence will cut the Austin/Angle feud short. History has proven that the WWF always goes back to what sells rather than what is fresh for example, Jericho vs. Stephanie, annual Dudley/E&C/Hardy bouts, and the current snore-fest Taker/DDP. Marvel Comics has kept the Red Skull and Captain America battle around for decades and the WWF should perhaps take that fact and keep Angle vs. Austin around for some time. Oh it’s true, it’s damn true and that’s the bottom line cause Logan says so!!!
